You will be billed monthly after prepayment for the</B><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Papyrus" ><B> </B></FONT><B>initial consult and payment is due when you receive the bill.</B></div> <div> <B> </B></div> <div> <B>After the initial phone appointment you will also be able to contact me by phone but please remember that there will be times when I am not available.
